FATS

Fats are one of part always there’s in daily foods which oil or solid form.

Based by structural, the fats and oil are same, made from fat acid ester and glycerol.

The fats have characteristic that can’t soluable in water, but soluable in eter, chloroform, benzene, and hot alcohol

The benefif of fats for human :

- as energy recources

- prohibiting lose inside heat

- as resources from essential fat acids

- as tool to transport the vitamins that soluable in oil

- as intestines oil

- etc
