- Grate cheese 250 grams
- Eggs 6 items
- sticky flour 350 grams
- salt quite
- fried oil quite
How to make :
- Stir eggs, cheese and salt smooth.
- include the sticky four little by little while stir it and can be pelleted.
- Take little batter , shape it as like as cork egg with two our palm of hand ,and go into cold oil in a wok.
- Do it until it has get many batter. Heat the wok on low fire and wait till the oil has hot and the batter buoyet up.
- Stir and fry it until the cake done and dry, lift it.
